The application is intended to make the process of registering a seafarer in the Unified State Register more convenient for sailors and to improve the service provided to them by the State Maritime Service of Ukraine.
A seaman or a sailor is a person who is engaged in maritime activities, such as shipping, seafaring, fishing, diving, cruising, or any other activities related to the sea or maritime activities.
In order to become a seaman or a sailor, you need to pass a qualification test. This test is implemented by the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine and the Inspectorate for Training and Certification of Seafarers.
